When you first run Microsoft Internet Mail and News the  the screen should be blank. Go to the Edit menu and go down  to Preferences.

The window that is below should then appear. Change the contents of the "SMTP Host Name" field to smpt.atlasis.com and the POP account to <<User ID>>@pop.atlasis.com, where <<User ID>> is your user name. You may enter your mail password in the POP Password field if you like. 
 

Click on News Server

In the Server Address field type news.atlasis.com and then click the . The server name will apear in the Server List box. 

Click on User Profile.

In the "User Name" field type in your name as you wish it to appear on all the messages you send. In the E-mail Address field type in your e-mail address (<<User ID>>@atlasis.com). You have now successfully configured MSIMN, click .
