Claris Emailer 2.0
 
When you run Claris Emailer for the first time it  automatically runs the Easy Setup. To run it manually go to  the "Setup" menu and selcet "Easy Setup". 
 On the first screen click 


 
 

 On the next screen enter your name as you want it to appear on all your messages. Then click 


 
 

 On the next screen make sure that "Internet" is checked and click 


 
 

On this screen click  if you are setting up a new account OR click on  to edit the selected account in "Account" selection box. 


 
 

Enter the information as given in the following table: 

 
Account name:

<<Full Name>> 
Email account: 
<<UserName>>@pop.atlasis.com
Email password: 
<<Your Password>> 
SMTP server: 
smtp.atlasis.com
Email Address: 
<<UserName>>@atlasis.com 
Where <<User Name>> is your user name, <<Full Name>> is your full name, and <<Your Password>> is your password. 
Make sure that "Use Internet Config settings" is NOT checked and click . You will then be returned to the previous screen where you may add more accounts (or edit them) and then click 


 
 

 At this next screen you may create schedules, but you will have to refer to your owners manual on how to do this. This will allow your computer to automatically check for e-mail when you schedule it to. Then click 

 

 Claris Emailer is now setup to receive your atlasis.com e-mail. Unless you have defined an action for your mail, all mail will be placed in the "In Box" and mail that you have sent will be placed in the "Sent Mail". If an error acures when sending and receiving your mail, a log file will be placed in the "Logs" folder. 


 
 

 When you want to send a new message you need to fill out the following information: the Subject, the address of the person you are sinding the message to, and the body of the message its self. If you have more than one account, you can choose which account you want to send the mail out on by choosing it from the "Send via:" menu. When your message is ready to go click 


 
To check your mail go to the "Mail" menu and select  "Connect Now..." 
If you only have one account defined make sure that you have a check in the "Get" check box and click on . Otherwise you will have to put a check mark next to the accounts you want to check and thin click on . Any new mail will then be placed in the "In Box".
